Rock on for John II

Do not miss what is now an annual Punk Blowout benefit to help our friends John and Linda and the Vansteenbergen family. John was traumatically injured in a swimming accident in July of 2022. John's recovery has been a long, slow, and arduous process. All of the funds raised will go directly to John and Linda to help them defray the significant costs they face as a family, striving to overcome this life altering crisis.

Java Groove: Those of you who know, already dig that Java Groove are one of the coolest, most fun, and diverse musical artists rockin' the shoreline. How can you not love a band that plays both Sublime and Sinatra?! The Groove boys will kick off the music at approximately 1:30 p.m. Don't miss this set!

The 509-ers: These New Haven punk legends have been rocking the scene since the Grotto days. Their three chord, high octane tunes always get fists pumping and the crowd shouting along. They'll be bringing new tunes for the show, as well as pulling some old skool gems from their archives.

Big Fat Combo: Featuring current and former members of The Zambonis, The Danglers, the Forgotten Ones, and more, these guys knock it out of the park every time. With legendary punk preserver, Tom Hearn on vocals and guitar, fronting a team of musical legends, this is a set you do not want to miss.

The Danglers: New Haven's premiere cowpunk party band are set to rock your socks off. The Danglers absolutely crush it every time they take the stage and their wild and unpredictable shows are legendary. Do not miss your chance to see these catz firing on all cylinders and playin' all the hits.
